| Ian Bullock, a PhD candidate in the Yale GRAB Lab,
is studying the capabilities and everyday function of the human hand. His research
considers topics such as manipulation classification, human hand kinematics, human manipulation, and patterns
of human grasping. Applications include improved design of robotic and prosthetic hands,
as well as understanding how to better rehabilitate hand function.
Ian has always enjoyed programming and building projects, especially those which involve human interfaces/interaction, interesting aesthetic aspects, or music.
