I study the capabilities and everyday function of the human hand as a PhD candidate in the Yale GRAB Lab. My research includes both human grasping and also dexterous manipulation, particularly precision manipulation using the fingertips. Applications include improved design of robotic and prosthetic hands, rehabilitation, and device design.

I also have a number of projects outside of my main research focus.
